Product: Wooden Toy Vehicles
Company: Kmart stores nationwide sold these wooden vehicles, from November 2002 through December 2002, for about $5.
Hazard: These products may be given to children as toys. The wheels on the wooden toys may break off into small parts, which may pose a choking hazard to young children.
Description: The recalled wooden vehicles include a red wagon, truck and train and were packaged with candy. The following UPC codes are located on the bottom of the vehicles: 694405900012 (wagon), 694405900029 (truck), and 694405900036 (train).
Remedy: Consumers should take them away from children immediately and return them to any Kmart store for a full refund.
Incidents / Injuries: Kmart has not received any reports of incidents. This recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injuries.
